Gen. R. W. Judson.
Gen. R. W. Judson died yesterday morn-
ing in Ogdensburg, N. Y., at the age of
eighty-four years, after an illness of one
hour. He was one of the best known men
in that section of the State. During the
war he was Colonel of the One Hundred
and Forty-second Regiment, New-York
Volunteers, and was later made brevet
Brigadier General. He had a wide reputa-
tion as a lecturer on American History.
